Privacy policy
This site collects as little as it can. Here is exactly what, where it goes, and how to have it deleted.

What the form collects
The estimate form asks for your name, phone number, email address, the town the job is in, a description of the work, and any photos you choose to attach. That is the whole list. Nothing is collected beyond what it takes to price the job and write you back.
Where it goes
When you submit the form it is emailed to us at info@rncbuilt.com. It lives in that mailbox, and our email provider, Resend, holds a copy for 30 days before deleting it. We use it to answer you and to quote the work. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone who is not working on your project.
Analytics and spam protection
Page views are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not follow you from site to site. The form is shielded from bots by Cloudflare Turnstile, and Cloudflare’s privacy policy covers what it processes to do that.
When rate limiting is switched on, your IP address is held for up to an hour so the form can tell one person sending a few photos from a script hammering it. Nothing else is stored with it, and it is gone after that.
This site sets no cookies at all, which is why you were not asked to accept any.
Deleting your information
Email info@rncbuilt.com and ask, and we will delete your message and anything you sent with it. If you would rather not use the form in the first place, text or call 508-838-7986 instead.
